At Cultura, we understand that many older people want to remain in their homes, living independently and flexibly for as long as possible. We are also aware that for some, this can be isolating.Â
Cultura offers a range of social programs to support older people to make social connections, try new activities, be active and maintain their independence.
Our Access and Support service can assist over and under 65 members of our community to access services to stay living at home and connected with their community.
Our Social Support and Respite Club programs are for older community members that are eligible to receive support through the Commonwealth Home Support Program(CHSP), Home Care Packages (HCP) and Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC PYP).
Our programs run Monday to Friday with half and full day options. A healthy morning tea and lunch are provided. Transport available on request.
