Our Access and Support service can assist over and under 65 members of our community to access services to stay living at home and connected with their community.
Independent Living Units
Located in the heart of our North Geelong precinct, residents of our Independent Living Units can immerse themselves in the Cultura community, make new friends, participate in the exciting social and wellbeing programs, and enjoy the onsite facilities.
Respite Care in Geelong
Carers provide older people with the gift of independence and being able to remain living in their own communities and homes for longer. They are passionate, patient and have hearts of gold. So when a carer cannot be there, Cultura provides respite services that ensure older people feel right at home.
Bella Chara – Supported Care
Bella Chara is a welcoming yet intimate environment that offers individuals the privacy of their own front door with the safety of being in a community.
Residential Aged Care in Geelong
Moving into residential aged care can be a daunting and stressful time for an older person and their loved ones. At Cultura, we encourage our residents to see a move to residential care as another stage of their journey and hopefully to gain some of their independence back, rather than losing it.
Palliative Care in Geelong
Cultura provides an in-home palliative care service funded by the Hospice Foundation Geelong, for all local residents regardless of age, culture or circumstances.

The Home Care Packages Program helps you live independently in your own home for as long as you can.
