MACS and Diversitat have been serving the Geelong community for more than 40 years with a focus on our multicultural communities. As the new entity, Cultura operates across various sites delivering a range of services including residential aged care, home care and aged support services, settlement, training and education, financial counselling and disability support. We also operate a range of social enterprises including The Pulse community radio and various community events including the popular Pako Festa.
Cultura is seeking qualified trainers and assessors to teach the following programs –
You will be responsible for providing professional training and assessment in the specific program area, and to promote Cultura in various ways including maintaining and supporting growth of strong community and industry relationships.
– The industry relevant to the qualification being delivered, and
– Competency based Training and Assessment in Australia.
– Your area of specialisation;
– Vocational Education and Training knowledge;
– Competency based training and assessment.
(Professional development may include (for example) attendance at conferences, training sessions, networking meetings, participating in nationally recognized training, reading articles and discussion papers, and subscriptions.)
Opportunities for full and part time employment are available depending on student numbers for the applicable programs taught.
