Settlement Engagement and Transition Support (SETS) is a flexible program that focuses on providing information and referral services to newly arrived community members living in Geelong, on as as-needed basis.
For refugee and humanitarian entrants, SETS builds upon the foundation services provided by the Humanitarian Settlement Program (HSP).
Our experienced Case Managers work closely with local service providers and are well equipped to provide SETS participants with information and referrals that are best suited to their individual and cultural needs.
Cultura assists hundreds of newly arrived community members to access services in Geelong every year.
