MACS and Diversitat have been serving the Geelong community for more than 40 years with a focus on our multicultural communities. As the new entity, Cultura operates across various sites delivering a range of services including residential aged care, home care and aged support services, settlement, training and education, financial counselling and disability support. We also operate a range of social enterprises including The Pulse community radio and various community events including the popular Pako Festa.
Cultura offers an extremely generous salary packaging benefit, giving staff the opportunity to salary package up to $18,550 per annum of their pre-tax yearly income.
The Role:
You will be responsible for providing professional training and assessment in the Diploma of Counselling program area, and to promote Cultura in various ways including maintaining and supporting growth of strong community and industry relationships.
This position will be contracted on a permanent part-time basis, working 12 hours per week.
About You:
– The industry relevant to the qualification being delivered, and
– Competency based Training and Assessment in Australia.
– Your area of specialisation;
– Vocational Education and Training knowledge;
– Competency based training and assessment.
(Professional development may include (for example) attendance at conferences, training sessions, networking meetings, participating in nationally recognized training, reading articles and discussion papers, and subscriptions.)
