The Manager, Home Services provides operational leadership within the Community Aged and Disability department to ensure Cultura achieves its operational objectives. The role focuses on Home Care Packages (HCP) and Short-term Restorative Care (STRC), with some National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funded services.
Working closely with the General Manager, Community Aged and Disability, the Manager ensures alignment with Cultura’s Strategic Plan and aged care reforms, proactively planning for future service delivery needs. This role fosters Cultura’s culture, emphasising financial sustainability, innovation, inclusiveness, and high performance. The Manager leads operational and strategic service delivery, ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and quality standards.
This role must ensure a focus on the needs of individuals, families, and multicultural communities more broadly, so that MCSG consistently meets expectations and improves community outcomes. As a Leader in Cultura, this position must always model behaviour aligned to the values of Inclusion, Integrity, Sustainability and Kindness, and ensures that the Home Services team consistently functions in a cohesive and consumer-focused manner.
This role has strategic and operational accountabilities for ensuring the development and implementation of frameworks, tools, policies, systems and processes across designated service delivery areas, to ensure alignment with the overall Cultura policy framework. This role provides strategic and operational thought leadership on community aged and disability care, supporting Well Being Coordinators (WBCs) as a subject matter expert, informing and guiding relevant policy, frameworks and operational decisions.
This position is contracted on a permanent full-time basis and is based from Cultura’s Support Services Office in North Geelong.
