As the Manager, Casework Services you will have responsibility for leading service delivery for two case management programs; The Humanitarian Settlement Program (HSP), and the Settlement Engagement, Transition and Support (SETS) Service.
The successful applicant will have ideally worked in a leadership role with multicultural communities and possess significant experience, expertise, and an understanding of the nuances that comes with working within the NFP sector.
We are seeking a leader with the proven ability to set and maintain a positive team culture and implement high quality service delivery and outcomes, consistently delivered in an efficient and effective manner.
This position will be contracted on a permanent full-time basis, and will be based from the Northern Community Hub in Norlane.
